Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Pretoria, Baseline IT has grown into one of South Africa's trusted IT support providers, serving professional businesses across the country.
Technology should help your business, not complicate it
Baseline IT supports small and mid-sized businesses, typically 5 to 200 staff, that don't want to build an internal IT department. We become that department: we manage the network, firewall, email, devices, backups and phones, and we are reachable 24 hours a day.
Many of our clients are attorneys, accountants and financial advisers, where confidentiality and uptime matter most. We also manage the third-party software these firms run on, including Sage, Ghost Practice and Omni.
